How Harvesters Global Church collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Harvesters Global Church ("we", "us") operates this website. If you have any question about your information, contact us through the details on our contact page.
When you contact us, request prayer or counselling, register as a guest, apply to serve, book a hall, give, or subscribe to updates, we collect only the details you provide (such as your name, phone number, email and your message) so that we can respond to your request and, where relevant, complete the service you asked for.
Your information is stored securely and is accessible only to the church staff who need it to respond to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver a service you requested (for example, a mobile-money payment) or where the law requires it.
As a default we keep contact and prayer requests for up to 12 months, counselling and guest records for up to 24 months, and financial records for 7 years as required by law.
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, contact us through the contact page.
By submitting a form on this website you agree to the church storing the information you provide to respond to your request, as described in this notice.
