Who we are

The Protocol Department represents the highest standard of excellence and decorum at Harvesters Global Church. We manage VIP reception, dignitary coordination, and formal proceedings, ensuring that every official engagement reflects the honor due to God's house.

  1. Receive and escort VIP guests and visiting dignitaries
  2. Coordinate all pastoral movements and transitions
  3. Manage official ceremonies with precision and dignity
  4. Ensure proper etiquette and protocol at all events
  5. Liaise with visiting ministers, dignitaries, and officials
  6. Organize and execute formal church functions and banquets
